Since 2018, First Communication Bridge Outreach has helped families from Sacramento, California to New York City — and in many cities and states in between — access completely free support, digital connection, and resource navigation.

First Communication Bridge Outreach is an in-formation-based nonprofit dedicated to connecting underserved communities to free programs that create stability, opportunity, and access.

FREE PHONE ENROLLMENT

If you receive SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, or another qualifying benefit — OR if your household income is under $100,000 — you may qualify for a free smartphone with unlimited talk, text, and data.

No phone bill. Free for one year (based on program eligibility).

We confirm qualification and guide you step-by-step.

UTILITY ASSISTANCE & DOMINION DISCOUNT SUPPORT

Through our partner Solstice, qualifying residents may receive 20% off their Dominion Power bill when enrolled in eligible programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, or other qualifying benefits.

We are not Dominion Power. We assist with enrollment through our trusted partner process.

This is not a one-time discount.
The 20% savings applies monthly to your bill once enrolled.

INTERNET SERVICE SUPPORT (FIRST TWO MONTHS FREE)

See if your ZIP code qualifies for internet service support.

In qualifying areas, eligible residents may receive internet service free for the first two months.

Currently servicing Richmond, Petersburg, Colonial Heights, and qualifying 804-area cities.

We provide engaging, hands-on digital learning experiences with fun, interactive activities that build confidence and essential technology skills. Sessions can be customized to your organization’s needs.

FCB YOUTH REPAIR LAB WORKSHOP

Structured youth workshops introducing device repair basics, technical skill development, and digital responsibility.

Organizations may schedule group sessions.

CRISIS RESOURCES & SUPPORT NAVIGATION

Facing an urgent challenge? Housing instability, service disruption, financial hardship, or digital barriers?
